We offer traditional IT services and solutions as well as focused investment into emerging technologies and partners for the New Zealand marketplace.
Our insistence on support being provided by a national network of our own employees is a key differentiator for DTSL and enables us to accurately and rapidly manage services nationwide through our centralised National Service desk and our own team of engineers.
DTSL’s core values encompass customer focus, teamwork, innovation, the highest ethical standards, a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
New Zealand’s most prominent technology providers recognise the value that we are able to provide their businesses and entrust us with the support of some of the country’s largest corporate, government and educational organisations.
Formed in 1997, DTSL’s history includes the development of an extensive, nationwide, service infrastructure, with the approach developed through service delivery to the world’s leading multinational IT Providers. These relationships provide an indirect customer base, which includes some of New Zealand’s largest commercial and Government organisations.
The high levels of expertise and specific product certifications and abilities required to support these customers are the basis for DTSL’s knowledgeable, professional approach in the service marketplace.
Our history also includes a background of responsive, highly cost-efficient service provision to the small and medium business market under the successful Totality brand.
Striving to offer lifetime value to our Totality customer base we have helped them to grow their businesses by taking ownership of the IT worries and letting them concentrate on their business direction.
The Assistive Technology Division of DTSL is a leading New Zealand provider of specialised software and assistive technology solutions.
Their role is to work alongside the assessment teams and government funding agencies within Education, Health and the Accident Compensation Commission.
They directly support Disability Groups, Support Agencies, families and main stream education.

DTSL continues actively recycling nationally , with paper recycling in all major locations. We have an established IT recycling process which consolidates all unserviceable equipment and components into pre-supplied bins which are then removed and processed into raw material as possible by IT Recycla, our disposal partner. Our goal with this activity is to maximise the return of disused equipment to a recycling processor.
We have a continuing focus on minimising electricity usage, including ensuring various devices, lighting etc. are switched off as possible and are continually negotiating reduced rates for electricity, to save both energy usage and costs.
In 2012 we saved close to 10% on electricity costs, in 2013 3% was saved and in 2014 we saved 4% on electricity costs
The overall goal for energy usage is to reduce usage by 10% and save on costs each year as possible.
