Cloud services and hosting

The following services have been introduced over the last two years in response to growing requirements and the move towards cloud based technology. It also provides us with better business continuity and disaster recovery offerings for our customers.

Co-location

Totality colocation facilities provide space, power, cooling, and physical security for your server, storage, and networking equipment. It also connects your business to a variety of telecommunications and network service providers with minimum cost and complexity.

This approach also provides a natural pathway when moving from a traditional ownership model to cloud services (particularly Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

IaaS & VPS

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), or Virtual Infrastructure, provides your organisation with dedicated enterprise grade hosted server resources and applications. By utilising Totality Hosted Cloud Technology you avoid the capital cost of expensive on-site server hardware, software licencing, setup and ongoing maintenance.

A number of our customers are already on, or moving to, this hosted VPS infrastructure. Being based locally in New Zealand means data sovereignty is not an issue. Easy access, scalability and high performance are critical to delivering these solutions.

Microsoft – Azure

Azure is Microsoft’s cloud computing platform (IaaS / PaaS), and is a growing collection of integrated services—analytics, computing, database, mobile, networking, storage, and web. We can assist with either building or migrating solutions using this environment.

Office 365

Office 365 is a collection of online collaboration and productivity tools, delivered through the cloud. Comprising Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lync Online and Office Live Meeting, utilising Office 365 will enable you to:
• Access professional, domain-based email
• Share calendars and contacts
• Chat via video, instant messaging, or audio calls.

There is a Point of Presence (PoP) at the datacentre which ensures 365 performs well even though the data is stored off-shore.
