The Managed Server solution is an optional extension to Cornerstone and is available at two levels:
1. Monitoring only
2. Monitoring and Remediation
For a fixed monthly fee Managed Server provides:
Monitoring:
7 x 24 server availability, performance and capacity monitoring including CPU and Memory utilisation and storage availability and trends.
Monthly Reporting:
Inclusion of server availability, performance and critical issues within the Totality monthly reports.
Documentation:
Maintaining server documentation to reflect the current state of supported servers.
Change Control:
Adherence to Totality change management processes for changes performed by DTSL Service Engineers on supported servers.
If you choose to add on Server Remediation you will also get:
Support:
General server remote and onsite support and administration required to maintain ‘Business as Usual’ performance of supported servers
Patching:
Remote application of vendor recommended critical or security patches where feasible and/or coordinating on-site Service Pack installation and critical patches
Diagnostics and Remediation:
Restoration of ‘Business as Usual’ services on servers that are under warranty by suitably qualified Service Engineers during Standard Business Hours. (NB: Remediation on servers that are out of warranty or in relation to changes made on servers by non-DTSL personnel are not included in the monthly fee)
On Demand Reporting:
Web based access to server availability and performance health check reporting.
3rd Party engagement:
Escalation to, and liaison with, 3rd Party vendors for Hardware and Software supported by DTSL as required on behalf of the Client.
